It’s a new year at the CCA Cabaret Café! The AB5 Quintet will open the 2019 Jazz in the Cabaret Café season on January 12 so you can start the new year on the right note.
AB5 is a hard swinging jazz quintet playing an array of standards and originals that will keep you on your toes. The concert will feature leader Artie Bakopolus on alto sax, Fred Woodard on guitar, John Doherty on bass, Jody Bregler on drums, and John Arcaro filling in for Dennis Cecere on keyboards. Individually, these highly skilled musicians have performed all over the world. Together they’ve been bringing audiences innovative spins on your favorite songs for the last four years.
